Mediums

I sketch with Blackwing pencils, specifically soft graphite. I find Blackwing pencils to be super reliable and high quality, especially with loose sketching and construction. (also, classic #2 pencils work in a pinch; “if it ain‘t broke…”)

I usually ink with Micron pens, which come in various thicknesses. These micro pigment inks are perfect if you want fast drying waterproof linework for your art.

I color with Prismacolor Premier colored pencils. They have a wide spectrum in terms of shading and are just good quality pencils. I also primarily use watercolor for my larger pieces.
